Holden grew up in hospitality, learning the business from the ground up at his family’s Ard’s Farm. Alison joined the team there as Wedding Coordinator, and together they built a life around welcoming people and making their celebrations memorable.
In 2024, Holden and Alison took ownership of Plate & Platter. The values guiding the company are the same ones they have always worked by: great food, genuine hospitality, and an unwavering commitment to every client.
